The Macau Tower

Macau Tower is located in Macau, a Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. Macau was a Portuguese colony until 1999. Construction on the tower started in 1998 and it was opened in 2002 by Macau businessman Dr. Stanley Ho Hung-Sun and is modelled on the Skytower in Auckland, New Zealand. At a commanding 338 meters tall the Macau Tower was opened in 2002 and is one of Macau's most recognizable and celebrated landmarks. 

The two observation decks offer 360-degree' views of the entire Macau Peninsula, Taipa, and Coloane. There is something for everyone at Macau Tower including restaurants, adventure, waterfront views at the ground floor outdoor plaza and shopping that includes a Toys'R'Us and ISA outlets.
